I've been trying hard to overcome my bitterness regarding the situation.
I am tired of hearing people make excuses for this sort of, what I consider, betrayal. But it's so normal most people just excuse it and tell you to get over it

Dude are you me? I was in almost the exact same situation. Parents live 1700 miles away. I start having kids, ask for help since my wife and I both have to work and daycare is fucking $1200/mo per kid (y'know since they basically stopped doing anything for me when I turned 18 and was pushed out of the house with nothing). Dad refuses to transfer somewhere closer (even with ample opportunities with his govt job), but my mom comes out and stays with us and helps watch the kids so I'm not pissing away money for daycare and can try to thrive.
I end up doing what my dad neglected to do: buy a large piece of land and start developing it for my kids so we can build generational wealth. My mom wants me to build her a house if they pay for materials- yep I sure will! But my fucking asshole dad is adamantly against it because I refuse to sign ANY ownership over to him (because the entire property is going into a trust... to build generational wealth, for our descendants, just like in OPs video). He bitches and whines because my mom is helping us and isn't in niggerville with him across the country. He sent me a whiny text message and I essentially said, fine, you're uninvited, no need to worry about it anymore. If we have an extra room or whatever, they're welcome to stay, but I'm not interested in taking any investment he wants to do. When society collapses and he's busy fending off and being overrun by feral niggers from his suburban shit hole, I'll be comfortably sitting in the woods with my family and my few neighbors.
It's absolutely the most selfish thing I've ever seen. No matter how I explain to him that I am not benefiting from this other than being able to provide a solid foundation for his grandchildren to get ahead in this kiked system, he is totally against investing anything in it unless he gets some sort of ownership to it. Not gonna happen. If he wanted voting rights in how this compound would be ran, he should've started it 40 years ago, but he was too busy being a fucking boomer faggot.

My in laws are even worse. They lived 30 minutes away before selling and just up and left to move halfway across the country when we have a 1 year old baby to live near nobody at all.
My parents refuse to leave their self imposed isolation and my mom prefers to take care of a bunch of mangey shelter animals instead of her grandkids.
My dad just does projects and watches fox news all day.

That's the struggle. It got better for me and I'm sure you will persevere as well. I played the wagecuck game for about 15 years before the stars aligned and I was able to buy my family land and build on it. Had to get a loan on the land but luckily had cash from selling our old house to build most of our new house with my own hands (still a work in progress and likely will be until I die). Make a game plan and get it rolling, don't let your worthless parents hold you up. Unapologetically ask for money from them if you need to and just demonstrate how much life sucks in a post-boomer world, just make sure you have your house in order (no addictions, working full time, etc) and they won't be able to turn you down. Luckily I've worked past that point by being self employed, but if I needed money tomorrow I would ask my parents for it, because this struggle is mostly their fault.
I am about at that point. We avoid daycare because the standards are abysmal and still expensive so we are pretty stretched trying to raise kids.
Thanks for sharing your path, it gives me motivation to get out of the w2 grind. I would like to network with other young parents to work together and create a community.
