I've been fasting for nearly 15 years. With the exception of certain days for social reasons, M - F is strictly fasting days for me where I only eat one meal a day. The clarity, focus, mental and physical strength is undeniable.

Still better than having a goy base breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Immensely different in terms of how much physical strength and mental focus it gives you. I'd be pretty keen on extending my fasts but considering I train daily and lift heavy for at least four days a week, I'm reluctant to.

I think you only want to fast once every 3-6 months, it isn’t meant to be a reoccurring thing. Think of it as a tool to use instead of a lifestyle choice.

Yeah that’s true, but it’s more to do with how bad the SAD is that doing anything else is considered better lol
