Anyone white person who used a lawfully-obtained firearm to prevent this negro from killing him would find himself in a federal prison. Their case would not be obscure as the media would closely follow "the Hiking Path Killer trial", asking "are people of color safe in our state parks?".

As it turned out, eight years after being caught, Freddy Scott is being excused from accountability, held in a minimum security psych ward as the court tries to figure out how to drop the charges altogether.

Most murders go unsolved. Especially if the involved parties have little/no connection to one another. They don't have shit if you don't come forward.
