Cowboys can't really make a living and average people can't really afford steak. Obviously there are some middle men messing up the works with their shenanigans.

Yes. It takes planning and effort. Another trait normies don't have. Making every dollar stretch is also a trait of more wealthy folk.
Refuse to be normal, expect more from yourself and those around you. You can absolutely save up and make a big meat purchase. The first one is the hardest, after that you will have a compounding surplus of cash.
normies save up for cars not groceries. the saving your money as food pill is one most people dont' think of. they don't realize it compoounds as your stockpiling causes you to save more money as you burn through the previous stockpile

Most of our modern problems stem from the middle men. Middle managers has a place in logistics but middle men mostly just make the process more complicated so they can take a cut between steps. If it was only the Jews doing this that would be somewhat manageable/avoidable.

My wife's family are farmers and cattle ranchers. They had 1400ish head on their land this past year. I've never seen her uncle wear anything "cowboy" in the 10+ years I've known him. Blue jeans, button up shirts, sweatshirts. Cowboy hats are for playing dress up.
Oh and we get beef from them for around $4-5/lbs. Sometimes a bull breaks a leg and that ground beef is like $2/lbs.
What I want to know is when did Carhart or other workwear become fashion? All it does is give the corporate leaders an excuse to jack up the price and lower the quality.
I should be bringing in about $150k running sheep and cattle on 60 acres. You can be a cowboy, but you need to learn how to graze. Regenerative techniques are reducing the input costs almost to zero.
Get some land and start practicing. In a few years you can do what I did if you aren't a faggot.

I literally work on a farm and wear such things. Western style clothing doesn't wear as fast. I got a duster for 130 3 years ago, a new one this spring same price, and someone just gave me a third one because she didn't know anyone who wore them and the man had died. Hats you can't go to the corporate jewy outlets, you have to drive to small towns where they have them and you can get one for 200-250. a good hat lasts a while. used to be able to get cheaper ones that were not as nice for like 50$ but it is harder to find. You can still find a good straw hat for 20$ at lots of farm supply shops. fancy shirts are most 100 at a goot shop and online 40-60. you don't wear those while working and work shirts are like 20$.
This is commentary about the fake cowboy shit like lamles who sell for the rodeo and fair. Calgary is the worst because of the tourist calgary stampede which is very overrated
oh boots. boots are comfortable and last a while but if you wear them lots they wear out. I get a new pair every few years but the trick is finding a cobler. like 60-70$ and they usually make them good as new.
My last half cow was about $6/lb after processing.
About 200lbs of steak, over 100lbs of ground beef/burgers, $6/lb. Free organs and bones too.

Godspeed.
