I foresee an uptick in people learning how to deliver their own kids again.

This was a legs first aka breach birth, they pulled on the legs and when the shoulders came out the vagina grippped and the force was such the head detached and remained in the womb. The then had to give the poor woman a ceasarean to extract the head.
