He actually didn't get 25 years. Since he was tried as a juvenile that sentence was suspended when he went to a juvenile detention center for 8 months. He then was placed on house arrest until he was 21 and because he didn't violate his probation in that time.. He is today walking free. It states this later on in the video.

Edit: watched the whole video, at the end the family cucks and argues against the claims of racism leveled against the deceased teen drivers saying how much they participated in and loved diversity with listed examples.
