Edit: nevermind, nigger got 25 years(nope, 8 months) in azkaban lol, sheboon got 15 years. It is annoying that they were mostly free on bond before being convicted and sentenced, though.

Why do amerimutts allow criminals to be free while awaiting trial?

He actually didn't get 25 years. Since he was tried as a juvenile that sentence was suspended when he went to a juvenile detention center for 8 months. He then was placed on house arrest until he was 21 and because he didn't violate his probation in that time.. He is today walking free. It states this later on in the video.
