I recently went grocery shopping and i had to get something near the cereal aisle and what i saw filled me with dread. There was of course the typical sugary colorful mess meant to appeal to children, but later on i saw COUNTLESS types of "Healthy" cereal. With plain colored packaging, typically with some sort of globohomo art style and writing about how healthy it is. Normies will eat this garbage and seethe at me for consuming butter and eggs, going on about

>muh cholesterol is bad because dr shekelstein said so

They'd rather eat processed grain sludge that contain absolutely zero nutrients whatsoever, just empty calories, than what have been the base foods of our ancestors for centuries

How do you eat "muesli" and not feel like the cattle being held on a leash by the jews that you are? unbelievable

Usually the stuff that claims to be healthy is the unhealthy stuff repackaged.

I've gone through a lot of shit at the grocery and there's only like 5 packaged items that aren't total goyslop. For me it's raw ingredients or gtfo.

Mfw grocery store beef is injected with dirty fluorinated water to up its weight for more profit, or vegetables are covered in cancer pesticides, spices and herbs have contaminants, they want to start injecting fluoride into everything to “sanitize” it.

At this point we should all be learning to grow everything, produce everything, and trade amongst each other. I can’t trust anything that didn’t come from a White nationalist.

Years ago someone told me stay away from the outter rim of grocery stores for healthy food as a general guidance. So true. Flour is in the center and can goods like beans but generally speaking, those words are correct

Basically anything in an aisle. If it's not in the meat or produce department why eat it?

Are you fucking retarded?

A) Not a single goddamn person has ever 'seethed' at you for eating butter and eggs. Stop desperately seeking feelings of persecution, least of all from *'normies'*. 'Normies' are also eating eggs, you retard. What the fuck do you think the giant stack of eggs at the grocery store is for? You think it's there specifically for you and you alone?

B) Muesli is oats and nuts and fruit. That's it. Your ancestors have been eating oats and nuts and fruit for thousands of years, you retarded asshole. Muesli is just the name for the mixture. It is one of the most wholesome foods you can eat, and you've got it listed in a post where you're bitching about Lucky Charms?

C) "muh cholesterol is bad because dr shekelstein said so" - you know at this point this is just a fucking strawman. The entire 'muh cholesterol is bad for you' thing has been defunct for twenty fucking years before they learned more about types of cholesterol. If you search for 'eggs cholesterol' [literally the first post from Mayo clinic explains that eggs are good for you, unless you have some significant health problems](https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/high-blood-cholesterol/expert-answers/cholesterol/faq-20058468). Where are you getting this "dr shekelstein said so" in 2024? Oh, right, you made it up.

Like did you literally just have a roid-rage fit and need to come here to invent something to complain about?

look literally anywhere. Animal foods are being demonized to hell and back again and such goyslop is being glorified. Eat with friends or family and eat in such a manner while they pretend to enjoy their grain sludge and you will see them seethe immediately about MUH CHOLESTEROL because that's what the propaganda tells them.

>look literally anywhere

Look for what? Normies specifically attacking *you?* That's what you said: *"Normies will eat this garbage and seethe at me for consuming butter and eggs"*

NORMIES are seething AT YOU. Get fucking real nobody's probably ever said a single word to you, ever. Or did your mom exactly only one time casually say something and you came here to blow up?

>Animal foods are being demonized to hell and back again

They aren't. And certainly not by "normies". "Normies" aren't falling at all for that shit. They love their burgers and steaks. What does 'to hell and back' mean? Because I see the **occasional** random article from some weirdo that pops up maybe four times a year. Then why do I still see ads for meat products everywhere? Why is any grocery store weekly ad throwing pictures of meat up on the first page?

Also I added this, since it addresses the last thing you said:

>C) "muh cholesterol is bad because dr shekelstein said so" - you know at this point this is just a fucking strawman. >pretend to enjoy their grain sludge

Oooh GRAIN SLUDGE. You mean like PORRIDGE? Something else your ancestors survived on for thousands of years? C'mon, you were super impressed with 'muh ancestors' before.

Do you even realize that you eat more fucking meat today than your peasant ancestors could ever have dreamed of? Unless you're a descendent of royalty or nobles, grains were basically what kept all our ancestors alive. Your ancestors were probably dirt-poor peasants, they ate shittons of vegetables and grains. If you've ever eaten venison, congratulations, you enjoyed something that probably whole *generations* of your ancestors could only have dreamed of tasting.

i'm talking about the overall seethe at actual food. You can see it in action right here
PraiseBeToScience on scored.co

Nobody seethes at actual food. Are you stupid? Do you even realize the entire push for 'organic' food came from the left initially? The non-GMO stuff was associated with hippies and vegans and other goofy characters like that?

# You people are honestly just becoming a bunch of niggers crying about how PERSECUTED and OPPRESSED you are, all the fucking time, to the point that you're inventing fake stories like this.

There are *more options than ever before in grocery stores* for "actual food". You aren't oppressed by food choices. You have never in your entire life been 'forced' to walk into a grocery store and only purchase "goyslop" food. Never has happened unless you do your grocery shopping at a gas station.

Not that it's worth caring about either. The gayest obsession this place has is with their fucking food, and I frankly think it's because it's the lowest-fucking-effort goddamn thing you actually have control over and pretend you're 'winning' with while you do absolutely fuck-all otherwise.

Can you two stop arguing and tell me some of the poisonous Ingredients in packaged foods to look out for? Also, I've always suspected that not all ingredients are being listed.

I don't buy many packaged foods but I still buy peanut butter, cans of mixed nuts, jellies, some canned soups, etc. I also do want some kind of cereal in the pantry even though my usual breakfast is just eggs and bacon.

I avoid soy, corn syrup, and monosodium glutamate. That should already cut out most of the slop.

You can go even more extreme and cut out seed oils and anything with yeast, but I don't do that, so far, anyways.

Talk to normies and ask their opinion. Dr shekelstein takes the form of advertisers also
PraiseBeToScience on scored.co

"Advertisers"?

I can name five nationwide chain restaurants that specialize in breakfast with eggs as probably their #1 most popular food. I can name ten nationwide chains that serve steaks including several *steak*houses. I see ads all the time with 'breakfast skillets' and 'The new Burger King mega-Angus steakburger' and shit like that.

How many nationwide vegan chains can you name? Where are their ads?

This sub has just become full of whiners crying about imaginary shit with zero solutions except more crying. "Normies" are "seething" because he's eating eggs? The entire front page is a copy-paste churn of the same goddamn shit, chasing zero-effort nonsense. This is like the thirteenth thread whining about food today and I couldn't even imagine how many get posted a week.

I still didn't get an answer from any of you about why the grocery store stocks thousands of eggs every day. And why there's always mountains of meat available. Y'know, since normies are so opposed to this stuff?

NORMIES DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SHIT.

Do you actually think 'normies' do not know that carbs and sugar and calories aren't good for you? But they eat it anyway. Yet you also think 'normies' are super-duper terrified of cholesterol and climate change and are angry and trying to ban animal products? Are you **retarded?** Normies are *notorious* for "knowing" about problems but also doing literally nothing themselves about them. Normies don't give up their cars for climate change, they aren't going to give up their steak and eggs either. Normies bitch about China but also buy mountains of trash from Amazon that's all made in China.

Carbs sugar and calories are good for you. I have never met anyone athletic who did not consume all 3. Normies DO NOT KNOW the following:

1) that sugar free food are terrible for you, much worse than any food equivalent with sugar.

2) energy drinks kill you

3) fat is good for you

4) vegetables actually do not need to be consumed much if the meat you are eating consumed its preferred veggies

5) partnering foods together can result in better food absorption, ie spinach has more iron per oz than steak but eating 1 oz of each will actually have your body absorbing more iron from the steak than the iron.

Normies do not know shit about what is truly healthy and what is not
PraiseBeToScience on scored.co
1 year ago 1 point (+0 / -0 / +1Score on mirror ) 1 child
Then where do you get the idea that they care about cholesterol in eggs, which hasn't been a thing anyone has "pushed" in literally twenty years? So they magically tuned in two decades ago and then totally checked out on everything else for the next twenty years? Who is the 'normies' demographic here? 50 year olds?

How do you explain that there's so much 'organic' food these days? The popularity of whole food markets like Sprouts? How do you explain why so many products put their protein content right on the front these days? Because that shit wasn't around 20 years ago either. *I don't think you'll explain it any more than you've explained the giant mountain of eggs in every grocery store.* I can go to a fucking gas station and right in the front will be hard boiled eggs in a pouch.

I'm not going to get an answer because to do so would be to admit that a significant quantity of the 'normie' population actually does care about these things, and isn't """""listening to dr. shekelberg""""", but you will never admit that because it'd be a confession that you're lying so you can feel like a victim.

Same reason why I've never seen a conspiracy theorist ever once look at the summation of their evidence and ever go 'Sorry I think this doesn't add up, maybe there's no conspiracy here'. Nah, there's *always* a conspiracy, because if they admit there wasn't, it'd mean they'd look stupid.

Slop often comes in plastic containers, and raw food products like milk and eggs often comes in a cardboard box. It depends entirely on what type of packaging is the cheapest were you live. There's no way of telling it's processed by looking at the packaging only.

Fruit and vegetables would be the only exception as they generally isn't packaged at all, and also not processed.
