I recently went grocery shopping and i had to get something near the cereal aisle and what i saw filled me with dread. There was of course the typical sugary colorful mess meant to appeal to children, but later on i saw COUNTLESS types of "Healthy" cereal. With plain colored packaging, typically with some sort of globohomo art style and writing about how healthy it is. Normies will eat this garbage and seethe at me for consuming butter and eggs, going on about

>muh cholesterol is bad because dr shekelstein said so

They'd rather eat processed grain sludge that contain absolutely zero nutrients whatsoever, just empty calories, than what have been the base foods of our ancestors for centuries

How do you eat "muesli" and not feel like the cattle being held on a leash by the jews that you are? unbelievable

Slop often comes in plastic containers, and raw food products like milk and eggs often comes in a cardboard box. It depends entirely on what type of packaging is the cheapest were you live. There's no way of telling it's processed by looking at the packaging only.

Fruit and vegetables would be the only exception as they generally isn't packaged at all, and also not processed.
