Absolutely. Beaners use round roast for beef dishes and call it "steak" I make mine with flat iron or sirloin and it's way better.

Don't discount Flank or Skirt too. Cook 'em right and they are great in their own right.

True. We just don't carry them locally. They aren't as cheap as they used to be and demand kinda dried up.
