Homemade tortilla would take a while, cheap beans in a slow cooker is easy, cheap rice with corn and chicken bullion cubes, also easy. The tortillas are filled with some cheap meat ground down to little bits. Add a bunch of pepper and paprika and onion powder and you've got the ethnic seasoning. The green sauce is just mashed tomotillos and onions. They don't sell those at white grocery stores often, but if they did, the sauce is easy to make.

Nothing on that plate couldn't be done by a white teenager after reading a 1 paragraph list of directions and an ingredient list. None of that requires the actual natives to cook it.

It doesn't even look that good.
