Also how the fuck is that any good to have 4 wives with 10 kids? That's 2.5 per woman. It's not like it increases overall birth rates, or the quality of upbringing. Also it doesn't fix affordability.

There are about the same number of men and women in the world.
Lets say you have 100 men, and 100 women. "Each" man gets 4 women. The top 25 men each have 4 women, the bottom 75 men have 0 women. You cannot summon 300 women from thin air.
