There are about the same number of men and women in the world.
Lets say you have 100 men, and 100 women. "Each" man gets 4 women. The top 25 men each have 4 women, the bottom 75 men have 0 women. You cannot summon 300 women from thin air.

Sneako is advocating that every woman has 10 children. Not 2.5 children each.
