Shalom, i am now here to shill the bulletproof coffee recipe to you. It is basically a fancy name picked up by (((companies))) for butter coffee. They mostly push other bullshit like artificial sweeteners or whatever faggy oils in it but you don't need any of that bullshit. Here is the recipe i use

>2tsp sugar

>1 mug coffee (I mean a big one, the type you use for hot chocolate)

>1tsp/around 10g of butter per cup

this results in around 100 calories, obviously if you use a smaller cup like a tea cup, scale down the ingredients, so use only one tsp of sugar and put less coffee

be sure to mix it well so the butter fully dissolves but if you enjoy the taste of plain butter then just mix it less.

Why should you try this? well it tastes great, it annoys shitskins because they are lactose intolerant, gives you a metric fuck ton of energy, and is especially useful on a cut because it greatly dulls your appetite. Seriously, i just had one and i feel as if i just ate a big steak. I'll probably have another one before lunch. 200 calories until midday is not bad, especially if you CONSUME a lot of protein, which of course keeps you full until later in the day.

Another thing, coffee should be used either as a dietary supplement or as a treat, personally i use it in both ways. You should sit down and enjoy it, be careful not to become a caffeine dependent subhuman that cannot do anything without a coffee in the morning. If you find yourself becoming dependent, slowly taper off drinking it until you can reset your caffeine receptors.

If you want tea with Cocoa and Cinnamon try Pu'er tea it does have some "chocolatey" flavor to it that goes really well with cacoa

if you just want caffeine and a decent flavor with it, go with Darjeeling tea

i personally stick to green teas, depending on the season:

in the summer i consume Maghreb mint tea (also known as Moroccan mint)

in the winter mostly ginger tea for its warming & immunity boosting factors

in the spring and fall, i just drink whatever i feel like

usually Carob tea is what i go with in Fall (can be seasoned with either cocoa and cinnamon, or pumpkin spice)

i believe [King Louis XV of France](https://www.bluemountaincoffeejamaica.com/en/history) was the one who ordered coffee to be planted in Jamaica (it was a French Colony at that time, and French are like the Whitest Europeans on the planet[culture wise anyway])

another fun fact about blue Jamaican mountain coffee, it used to be served in the White house for years but apparently they switched to Kona Coffee recently, which has very similar characteristics (grown in Hawaii, using rich volcanic soil and cool climates with high altitudes) which also has [fascinating history](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kona_coffee)
