Shalom, i am now here to shill the bulletproof coffee recipe to you. It is basically a fancy name picked up by (((companies))) for butter coffee. They mostly push other bullshit like artificial sweeteners or whatever faggy oils in it but you don't need any of that bullshit. Here is the recipe i use

>2tsp sugar

>1 mug coffee (I mean a big one, the type you use for hot chocolate)

>1tsp/around 10g of butter per cup

this results in around 100 calories, obviously if you use a smaller cup like a tea cup, scale down the ingredients, so use only one tsp of sugar and put less coffee

be sure to mix it well so the butter fully dissolves but if you enjoy the taste of plain butter then just mix it less.

Why should you try this? well it tastes great, it annoys shitskins because they are lactose intolerant, gives you a metric fuck ton of energy, and is especially useful on a cut because it greatly dulls your appetite. Seriously, i just had one and i feel as if i just ate a big steak. I'll probably have another one before lunch. 200 calories until midday is not bad, especially if you CONSUME a lot of protein, which of course keeps you full until later in the day.

Another thing, coffee should be used either as a dietary supplement or as a treat, personally i use it in both ways. You should sit down and enjoy it, be careful not to become a caffeine dependent subhuman that cannot do anything without a coffee in the morning. If you find yourself becoming dependent, slowly taper off drinking it until you can reset your caffeine receptors.

If you're drinking 2 of those big mugs before lunch everyday you're definitely going to become caffeine dependent.

well of course, if you have one as a means to wake up. I drink it as nothing more than a simple beverage, like tea. But honestly with how full i feel right now i don't think i'll even have another one later. i guess i'll see. Regardless, most normie scum drink even 3-5 a day, and not regular home brewed coffee, but starbucks slop. I think that's when you get dependent but of course i will heed my own advice and if i see myself tired in the morning without it i will taper off

1. Use unsalted butter

2. Dont add sugar

3. Don't pretend that this is healthy

Ive never heard of "bulletproof coffee". Ive heard about butter in coffee but from people who ridicule it. I dont see how this is at all healthy, caffeine is borrowed energy and coffee kills much of the stomach biome hindering you from absorbing nutrition (hence the repressed appetite). You should always eat breakfast before drinking coffee.

I have put butter in my coffee before and had my roommates make fun of me for it. I actually do this occasionally if someone made the coffee too strong to enjoy black and I have no acceptable creamer (dairy bc I refuse to consume that nestle powder creamer garbage). It's not nearly as good as a splash of milk.

But honestly I worry about the "dairy" we get. Pasteurization was the #2 priority behind Zionism for the Rothschilds. And it's quite suspicious how "raw" milk is illegal. And itd be simple for me to quit: just drink all my coffee black, put olive oil on my toast and avoid eating pizza at gatherings. But I dont want to do any of that lol

how is butter unhealthy? caffeine has always been consumed by our ancestors and i see nothing wrong with it as long as you do not get addicted to the point where you need it to wake up. I tend to avoid breakfast and feel better that way.

The same way milk is. Because it isnt really butter or milk anymore after the processing dome to it. Added sodium as well.

I am all for the ancestral diet. No matter what race, your best diet is whatever your people had been eating for thousands of years, even if it is considered unhealthy to others, because we have evolved to our food sources. High melanin people require more alkaline which is not a coincidence that tropical food is full of (watermelon). Doctors tell me to eat less steak for my "cholesterol" then tell me the tests are fine. We should eat what we are supposed to eat and understand that not all peoples have compatible diets.

This brings me to caffeine. Is it something Europeans have been consuming for thousands of years? Coffee is after colonialism so that's only a few hundred years into your dietary evolution, which is negligible. Idk much about the history of tea but I know that the vast majority of tea that people drink is pekoe (blacl tea) because it has much more caffiene (still less than coffee) which comes from Asia so is also post-colonialism. Idk for sure, but that implies that the tea native to Europe is not as caffeinated and therefore caffeine is not something we biologically evolved around. It wasn't a huge part of the European diet as far as I know, not nearly to the degree that we consume it today.

You are so glad to get 100 calories in the morning, your body is rewarding your efforts with happy chemicals because you broke your fast. Just eat breakfast. Trust me. Even if youre not hungry in the morninh, do it anyways. After a few weeks youll spring out of bed naturally before your alarm excited to devour 5 eggs and youll feel great all day because of it. I cannot stress enough how important breakfast is.

Maple syrup is the superior sweetener for coffee, or most anything for that matter.

Black walnut syrup is even better, if you have access to trees it's easy to make. Taste like butterscotch.

why not just put condensed milk into the coffee? the viets do it and its DELICIOUS

though personally, i put a bit of cocoa, sri lanken cinnamon (Ceylon) and hot milk, really turns a cup of nigger beans into a White man's drink (its an old Austrian recipe)

though personally i'm trying to abstain from caffeine, because its one of the hardest addictions to drop

If you want tea with Cocoa and Cinnamon try Pu'er tea it does have some "chocolatey" flavor to it that goes really well with cacoa

if you just want caffeine and a decent flavor with it, go with Darjeeling tea

i personally stick to green teas, depending on the season:

in the summer i consume Maghreb mint tea (also known as Moroccan mint)

in the winter mostly ginger tea for its warming & immunity boosting factors

in the spring and fall, i just drink whatever i feel like

usually Carob tea is what i go with in Fall (can be seasoned with either cocoa and cinnamon, or pumpkin spice)

you're welcome, incase you want to try out new coffee as well

try out Jamaican blue mountain coffee, it is the champagne of coffees and it is the only coffee beans that is transported by barrels and not sacks

(also 80% of japan's coffee imports are blue mountain coffee, because its smooth flavor)

actually i haven't noticed any energy from regular coffee, now i have, so i'm guessing from the butter.

When cheese and butter are made the lactose is removed with the whey. If 99% of people who claim to be lactose intolerant were actually legit they would know that. But they are just faggots who want to complain but don’t have the self control to be vegetarian.

This is very popular amongst people on keto (without the sugar obviously)

yes but such trendy diets are of no concern to me. For me it's all about the necessary calories and macros, which is obviously done in the easiest way by eating in a healthy manner.

That's the keto diet. A realization they add poison to our food, and that we did not evolve eating carbs.

I did the whole only coffee until lunch for a long time.

Now I consume protein as soon as I get up. If you're lifting, which you should be, you want protein when you wake up and before you go to bed. 30+ grams every meal to tell your body to use it for protein and not calories
