On one hand, I can feel his frustration. Reading between the lines, you can tell what he is really complaining about. Also, when you have employees, say you are paying them $20 per hour, you still have to pay about 30% more to cover FICA taxes, unemployment insurance, paid holidays, healthcare insurance, etc
When I charge $40-$50 per hour it has to cover overhead, gas, tools, time on road commuting, pay for my own insurance and holidays, etc
If spics who don't even speak English, have no transportation and no tools get $20 per hour then I sure as hell am going to charge at least double that for being competent, trustworthy, having my own vehicle and tools, etc.
