This is the most gay retarded cucked shit I've ever heard. Here's what you actually do: Approach women, and approach them all. Approach the ones you don't even care about first, so you dont care about failure. Simultaneously flirt with them and treat them like your sister. What this means functionally is that you bounce some compliments off them, you tease them about their negative and positive qualities, you don't be afraid of patting them on the shoulder, don't be afraid of leading them by the hand, and when you've decided youve had a good time you go home or start hanging out with the boys.
Take the womans phone number, if you want to pursue her, "take her out", if you wan't to keep looking, simply "meet up" instead. Repeat every weekend, you'll figure them out in no time.
