You can partake in the marital act without spending any seed, you can even reach climax. It's up to every man to decide how they want to do things, but I believe retention outside of procreation is true male sexual empowerment

I feel closer to the Gods while i'm fasting

its like our suffering is a way of showing devotion to the divine... but fasting also destroys muscle mass so its not exactly ideal for those who are trying to Strength-max

I have poor blood sugar levels and poor appetite. Fasting is doable but not recommended. Get your bloods done first.
