Once I started paying more attention to what I eat (losing a lot of weight in the progress), I realized that people simply cannot live off the plant-based diet. Women, maybe (in the short term), as their bodies contain more fat. But men... No, because we need protein and plants in general have very little of them.
For instance: 100 grams of chicken breast contain about 31 grams of protein and 165 calories. To get the same amount of protein from cooked lentils, you'd have to eat about 335 grams of them, which would more than double the calories (391 kcal) and include 68 grams of carbohydrates. There is only one source of protein in a diet like this: heavily processed soy, ie. cancerous, emasculating goyslop.
Just remember, there is no reason not to eat geese.
