As someone who has worked for FAANG and has been courted by Google and been to their offices many times, I highly doubt she's making $350k. She looks more like an intern or very junior level PR twat.
The people making $350k (or even $200k) have really crazy high OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and it is NOT a fun place to work at.

Yeah my buddy was very high level officer at Google, he quit because he said basically everyone is a complete asshole. He was at the $350k level. He's at a much better company now
Everything I hear about Google, Amazon, and -- whatever let's just leave it there for now but -- a bunch of others sucks. Sometimes I wonder if people are exaggerating. But I only know from talking to people.
I do rarely hear people say "I get paid a lot, and it doesn't suck". So IDK. I think the major thing I see is people doing stressful jobs and getting paid *less*.

I get paid 300kish at Amazon and yes its terrible culture but they pay us well. It would take me working an additional 15 years at a regular engineering job so I just suck it up
I bought my first shares of AMZN in 1997. AMZN is great for the shareholders, and bad for the employees, which is why it's great for shareholders. Was courted by them too. Working at AMZN is a HARD PASS for me.
I actually like working with people who earn their keep, but the way I have experience with people are taking significant amounts of time to raise their kids or hobbies or whatever it is they do. Spend the money they pay you, basically. I dunno if people think about how much they can knock off retirement. I think they feel like they need the money to get by. Which means different things to different people. Sometimes people take off and I never see them again, though, so hopefully they just saved enough to do wtf they want!
That's the thing about working for a FAANG. You're working with A players, and it's super fun playing with other people at your level. Steve Jobs was right when he said A players want to work with A players. That's the one thing I regret. After the FAANG I worked at, the people I work with generally as a whole at every other company are fucking bozos compared to my FAANG. It blows me away that most other companies don't implode due to the everyday incompetence and retardedness of the typical worker drone.
Having worked at FAANG for many years, anyone who is actually doing anything useful is under a fuckton of pressure. There is no time for iced coffee and table tennis. Deadlines are tighter than a nun's ass and expectations are sky high. I made my money and I got out of FAANG. Glad for the experience but those tiktoks are fake and gay.
