I worked for a year on assignment in Hong Kong. The chinks there are British trained, Catholic and highly civilized. These are not your godless communist mainland yokels. They have British values and culture.
They are technically categorized as "Han" but its worth remembering that "Han" themselves are actually made out of many different groups and are only lumped in to one group for political convenience for the CCP.
