I am prepared to put faith in any conspiracy theory that actually comes with real, proper evidence, from people with actual merit, that can actually "show the math". Sometimes that math is literally actual math.
If you think HAARP can control the weather then build a model and do the math and prove it. If a scientist can build it decades ago then another scientist should be able to replicate the work.
