I'd recently come across an image of Jesus, which was rendered by AI (Midjourney) according to the imprint on the shroud of Turin, which supposedly covered Jesus after he was crucified. Here's a link about the info, which also contains the AI image:

In any case, I was wondering what y'all's thoughts were on it, and if anyone had any info on the authenticity of the shroud of Turin.

It seems to be real, but they probably attempted to restore it during the middle ages, which resulted in some parts of it testing newer when dated, but they re-tested it and found parts that were much older. Of course, the (((media))) was happy to share the results of the original tests and claim the thing was a fraud, but completely memory holed the more recent tests indicating it might be authentic.
