When there is cooperation and understanding between the the owners of industry and the workers, you don't need unions. Henry Ford had no use for unions because he treated his employees well and wanted them to be happy working for him. Hitler and the NSDAP followed Ford's example and the German workers were never better off.
Unions were created by jews to create strife and conflict. Fuck jews and fuck unions.
Henry Ford understood that a happy worker is a productive worker, it was mostly a financial decision on his side.

Yes, if you treat your employees right there is no need for unions, but the only problem with that is that there will *always* be greedy robber barons trying to make their way to the top. Not every businessman will turn out to be a Henry Ford.
