It's a powerful tool when utilized correctly. (((They))) hate unions because few things are more dangerous to (((them))) than a large group of White people united and fighting for the same goals.
Without good unions you'll eventually end up with third world country level working conditions, no safety, no rights, and if you dare to complain you're instantly replaced by a pajeet.

Outside America we still have that, tho in other languages than English the words have changed so nowadays we call them what would translate to unions in English, "laug" -> "union". By definition it's still guilds, sorry for the confusion.
What's the definition of a "union" in simplified English then? Because I've noticed something has gone terribly wrong in the US in everything related to workers rights, outsourcing, wages and workers safety.

Scandinavians have a history of labor unions and labor organization that is much different than in the USA. USA has shitty leftist unions and a ton of people that hate each other. It won't work well here.
And a history very similar to America as well in terms of the industrial revolution. I guess the big difference is that we don't have much negroes or immigrants so factories would have to use whatever workforce was available locally, while in the US every single worker was disposable due to the herds of niggers arriving every day looking for work.
That said, our railroad is as old as the US and attempts were made to bring in migrant workers, we just made sure to beat them up before they reached the factory and could steal our jobs.
