Is it really the case that Jews had to outsource all our labor and manufacturing to chinkoman just to make planned obsolescence a thing? Or is it a natural side effect of corporate governance?

It is.a not necessarily a natural corporate governance thing. It's that throw away culture has become so common that companies have adapted.

I remember reading a while back about how "Americans" (whatever the fuck that term means anymore) prefer to buy a new shirt every year than to pay twice as much for a shirt that lasts three years. Buying the better shirt is better both for the wardrobe and the wallet, but the dopamine hit from "buying something" is worth more to "Americans" than actually wearing quality clothing.

This is just one example.
