I am in a chat with a user on twitter that got his account nuked. Twitter moderates your private dm’s and will delete content that it doesn’t like for anyone that doesn’t know. I did share a link with user and twitter deleted it by the next day.

The fact that social media quietly rebranded PM (private message) as DM (direct message) is all you need to know. They literally took away the privacy.
