The graph is a 100% correct representation of what I described. Maybe it's a you-problem? Have you even seen the 2nd graph? Do you have an issue with the concept of differing races having different average IQ?
It seems you are mentally stuck with this:

Which not only refutes anything (it just shifts the numbers to have the peak at 100 IQ), the IQ values I've presented are normalized on Whites.
