Seems more liberal the country is, the more likely it is to be filled with drug addled degenerates, though Ireland and Scotland have always been notorious for their drinking problems. Pretty weird Germany isnt on there at all, unless theyre in the "EU" bar.

Strict laws against use is the correlation. By punishing consoomers you're not erasing the (((root cause))), and junkies won't seek help because the very action of doing so could get them into trouble. With alcohol you have many support groups against alcoholism.
Criminal gangs from MENA makes a shitload of money from smuggling the stuff in and distributing it, while kikes make a shitload of shekels when the goatfuckers send the money back to their shithole countries. Same thing in the US, just more junkies in the streets as they don't arrest consoomers either.

I don't know what laws they have in Romania and Turkey on drugs, I do know that opium is common in Turkey and I doubt any of those countries will send a police helicopter after you just for smoking some weed.
You tell me rabbi, what happens in Romania if you are caught smoking some weed or if you have a weed plant in your backyard.

It's illegal in all these top countries and very strictly enforced. Almost to a ridiculous level. Notice how Denmark and the Netherlands which at least have one neighborhood or city respectively were it's decriminalized and regulated, and just like that, less overdoses.
This means drug users will hide at home to avoid getting caught instead of sitting out in the streets, which may increase the risk of an overdose. Unlike alcohol it's also impossible to get help, because if you ask for help you get arrested for being a junkie. The prison system has some help programs, but at that point you're already in prison which isn't very practical for most people.
(((They))) want the system as is, because (((they're))) benefiting from it. Smartest solution tho would probably be to decriminalize use, but punish distribution. If everyone had a weed plant in their own garden, the price of weed would fall down faster than Joe Biden on stairs and nobody would buy from the gangs.
