Strict laws against use is the correlation. By punishing consoomers you're not erasing the (((root cause))), and junkies won't seek help because the very action of doing so could get them into trouble. With alcohol you have many support groups against alcoholism.

Criminal gangs from MENA makes a shitload of money from smuggling the stuff in and distributing it, while kikes make a shitload of shekels when the goatfuckers send the money back to their shithole countries. Same thing in the US, just more junkies in the streets as they don't arrest consoomers either.

I don't know what laws they have in Romania and Turkey on drugs, I do know that opium is common in Turkey and I doubt any of those countries will send a police helicopter after you just for smoking some weed.

You tell me rabbi, what happens in Romania if you are caught smoking some weed or if you have a weed plant in your backyard.
