There is a strong case to be made that all art is permissible, no matter what brush is used, even AI as a brush. No humans were harmed in any way from the production of these images.

Maybe you say, child porn is uniquely horrendous because it makes pedophiles more likely to act out. That seems to be true, but the harms of porn aren't limited to CP.

My take? We should ban ALL public porn distribution. You should be able to send your own nudes to an intended individual, and nothing more. If he shows his friends, that's a crime.

As for pedophiles, a pre-crime division is both possible and desirable. You can detect pedophilia with image battery/pupil dilation tests. Anyone working anywhere near children should be required to take it, and failure means death.

But first, we gotta take the power.
