Yes, not only pupils dilatation, also eyes become wider than normal because of the shock after abuse.

Anyway, if the CP is 3D realistic, it's illegal by common sense.

Pupillary dilation in test subjects can detect involuntary sexual arousal. It's not about pupil dilation in the images. Not sure if you already knew.
