I have news for you: Jews exist in France.

The current prime minister of France is a literal Jew. The prime minister of France before him was also a Jew.

True, but the world of IT forgot about simpler and useful tools and protocols like XMPP. It uses way less resources, it's open source, it's decentralized.

Same story with cloud storage, something like an SSH server with certificate authentication is more than enough for personal file storage.
