It can not even be reasonably argued that the sheer timeline of weaker men and women rising to authority is what cultivated this -- bcz the drop off in recruitment would disband that idea immediately.
Not marketing to their long standing easiest primary recruit, poor blacks, is also a red flag. They skipped them and went to middle-class black women.
All they had to do was not allow gay communists to take over the country.
