It is difficult to claim there is not purposeful sabotage when the MIL is openly advocating for homosexuals and women.. and alienating white men. It can not even be reasonably argued that the sheer timeline of weaker men and women rising to authority is what cultivated this -- bcz the drop off in recruitment would disband that idea immediately.
Not marketing to their long standing easiest primary recruit, poor blacks, is also a red flag. They skipped them and went to middle-class black women.
It has to be sabotage.
