They were a family of beaners (how did any of you dolts miss that one) who were poaching. You can't "accidentally" dig up seventy-two fucking clams. Nobody goes to a beach vacation and takes seventy-two live mollusks home as a "souvenir" either. I could believe four or five. Seventy-two was an intentional operation.

That wasn't the claim, you don't dig them up by accident. It's all on purpose, because you didn't know it was illegal to do so. Beaners you say, then that explains it, maybe it's not illegal in Mexico? And this further proves why illegal immigration must be stopped.

It really was, she specifically claimed they didn't even know what clams were.

https://nypost.com/2024/05/23/us-news/california-mom-fined-88k-after-kids-collect-72-clams-from-pismo-beach-thinking-they-were-seashells/

>“They know now at the beach don’t touch anything, ***but they know now what a clam is***, compared to what a seashell is now, I’ve had to explain that to them,” she said.

Clams are 6-8" deep in the part of the beach that's always wet, so you don't just stumble across them building a sand castle or burying someone in the sand.

Clams are found looking for the little telltale spout of water out of the sand, they aren't just lying around in the open, so if you're looking for seashells why would you go digging in six inches of wet sand for them exactly where a clam is? That's seventy-two holes they dug. Unless they excavated the entire beach then they knew right where to dig and that means they knew what they were looking for.

So you're telling me there's actual proof of malicious intent for once? That's great, go ahead and punish them for their crime.

Beaners in California are immune to consequences. See also: Kate Steinle.

I have been noticing that lately, beaners are almost above even niggers in legal immunity. Are there just that many spics in the US government at this point?
