I have defrosted a turkey in the sink if its still frozen in the middle, but I bleach the shit out of the sink before and after, and everything around it. I couldn't imagine being so nasty as to let the water splash and run all over the chicken, and then never clean in or around the sink. Niggers are germ bombs I want nothing to do with. Bet you anything they wash their kids in the same juice water because they cant waste the gibs.
FYI in white meat like chickens and turkey the germs are in the inside, not only on the outside (like with red meat). That's why, unlike with red meat, you need to cook white meat internally and you cannot eat it raw. Cleaning the outside of the meat is pointless.
This is so true. With the exception of antibiotics, there's little that modern medicine can do. Having access to non contaminated water and food is by far the most important thing.

I rinse birds in the sink and then pat them dry before I begin seasoning. I don't wash them with soap because I don't want to risk consuming soap and it seems unnecessary since I'm about to cook them to 165-F.
Has anyone here ever tried arguing with a chicken-washer? I have. It's mentally exhausting. "You don't wash your chicken?" No. There's no reason to. "It's got germs on it!" Yeah, and it's going into a 300-400° oven. "That's not safe! You'll get sick!" Do you not understand what germs are??
Germ / germs was a term invented by that Frenchman Pasteur who brought us pasteurization, the process of ruining all our modern milk and then making raw milk illegal. That guy HATED Germans.
