They already have. They eminent domained an entire trailer park to put up high density apartments near me.

Even though trailer parks don't have the greatest rep, and it's deserved, the crime rate went up when the high density goy pods got filled

Methhead trailer park crime rates are hilariously low compared to nig or spic ghettos. If you move from a subhuman ghetto to a White trailer park you may as well be moving to a country club.
