Eminent domain is when the government forcefully buy someone out at a ridiculously low price, it was originally intended to be used only when needed. Can't recall I ever heard of a case in UK were they did that to give the house to illegals.
They do however place them in commie block apartment, office spaces and slums at taxpayers expense. And in a few cases slum lords have bought houses to rent them out, and in some cases the tenant has been illegals when the house is deemed illegal to live in, all at taxpayers expense.
All of that happens in NYC and many other blue cities in the US too already. In fact the US may be more vulnerable as there are less apartments and more illegals. Once they run out of houses to stuff illegals in they're gonna have a problem. Biden & Harris websites both mentioning this possibility, to literally seize property from Whites and give it to niggers. They're not even hiding it. Zognald probably won't say no to house illegals in all of his hotels they give him enough shekels for it.

Well, it's not over until they outright start killing us. I agree though, I have completely given up on owning my own house.

It doesn't matter. Inflation + immigration will always outpace savings unless you're already established with a good career and investing, and from what I'm seeing I was simply born too late for that. To top it all off they clearly intend on confiscating property from Whites some day so even if I miraculously pay off a house by the 2060s there is no guarantee they won't just kill me and give it to some browns for free. Nothing in this economy is worth working for until the jew problem is solved.
