Because burden of evidence is higher in a civil justice system. White people admit if committing a crime and getting caught, other races are just like niggers, they "dindu nuffin" and their lawyer schlomo makes sure that they will repeat that line over and over again, which makes it hard to prove.
It's not a conspiracy, just a "dated" justice system that wasn't designed with niggers in mind. Notice what the (((solution))) is. More surveillance, less freedom for everyone, less need for evidence. It's all by design, a massive overhaul of the justice system using niggers as excuse to install tyranny and take away fundamental freedoms.
People get mad and take the law into their own hands obviously. Which is also cheaper as the government don't need to spend any money on prison. Locals will cover all the cost for a milestone, a rope or to curb stomp the niggers.

Rape isn't an easy crime to prove which is why they changed the laws back in 2018 to make it easier to convict goatfuckers with less evidence required.
It's probably easier in the US too were assumptions can be made in courts, but that also means a lot of innocent people are sent to prison.
The only solution is total nigger, jew, pajeet and camel masturbator extermination.

The real root cause of this is apparently that a lot of crimes isn't reported directly, many girls/women can wait days, weeks or even years before they tell anyone that they got raped, at which point they already destroyed important evidence such as blood, sperm or other DNA on their clothes and body.
This evidence is vital to get a conviction.
