Usually mob justice, alt media is quick to report on these cases while doxxing the camel masturbator. In prison, even if it's just a few years they'll be protected and people may forget about it.
Rape isn't an easy crime to prove which is why they changed the laws back in 2018 to make it easier to convict goatfuckers with less evidence required.

Now it is, because of how burden of evidence is reversed. The kid only needs to say that they got raped, then it's true until proven otherwise. It wasn't like that before 2018.
It's probably easier in the US too were assumptions can be made in courts, but that also means a lot of innocent people are sent to prison.

Yes absolutely, but the sad reality is that not every rape happens just seconds before a police patrol rolls in and catch the goatfucker literally with their pants down.

The real root cause of this is apparently that a lot of crimes isn't reported directly, many girls/women can wait days, weeks or even years before they tell anyone that they got raped, at which point they already destroyed important evidence such as blood, sperm or other DNA on their clothes and body.
