Radio waves within a certain range can boil a rat alive once it's within range of the beam, and nobody would know were the beam comes from. This is the technology used in microwave ovens, get one of those and a battery to power it and you're ready to microwave some kikes.
Microwaves are pretty terrible as a weapon. You'd need an enormous generator to power it. These things usually are mounted on APCs because they require that much power.
See, when you want to "dispose" of subhumans, don't run around and tell everybody and beg for their permission.
Even if there were no informers, a device that emits that much radiation is going to be discovered by authorities. It would be extremely difficult to hide.
