Microwaves are pretty terrible as a weapon. You'd need an enormous generator to power it. These things usually are mounted on APCs because they require that much power.

Yea, you'll need a pretty big truck to power it, at which point you might as well just install a big cow catcher and carry a tanker trailer full of washer fluid to clean up the blood after each hit.
