Soy consumption is high in all the East Asian countries. So it still doesn't make sense

the difference is... in Japan soy has to be fermented and most soy sauce manufacturers ferment their soy for at least 6-12 months (minimum)

China doesn't do fermintation, neither does (((Capitalist))) Korea

but countries like Thailand or Vietnam DO ferment their soy sauce

also Japan (as ironic as it sounds) doesn't fry their shit in soy oil like the amerimutts, in Japanese McDonalds they fry their foodstuffs in CORN OIL (which isn't estrogenic and actually is pretty decent)

while the US, and the Anglo Cuck-Realms Fry their shit in soy oil, and add soy to the meat and CHEESE (yes nigger, the american mcniggers cheese contains soy too)

Milk is estrogenic too, so either milk is making you feminine, *or* food estrogens actually don't affect you much, if at all. There's tons of evidence behind the latter, but it doesn't fit the meme-originated belief that 'soy makes you gay' that literally began as nothing but a 4chan joke.

Phytoestrogens aren't real estrogen, and are thousands of times less potent in your endocrine system. In fact, by blocking estradiol receptors, they actually can inhibit actual human/mammalian estrogen from binding.

China is fucked because they're generations of inbred Han Chinese where all the functional ones were killed by Communists leaving mindless bugmen who had souls bred out of them. They literally eat garbage their entire lives, like, actual garbage.

I think South Korea is fucked because of their massive alcohol culture.

Funny enough I just found a study on alcohol and testosterone relationships, and they literally used Korea for the study.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9708857/

Drinking alcohol in large amounts is devastating for testosterone and is why drunks are usually impotent.

Its a good thing i rarely drink alcohol

though i do enjoy energy drinks, does energy drinks (the one with taurine) aid or deduct testosterone?

>Its a good thing i rarely drink alcohol

I do have some wine, scotch, and brandy on occasion, but the amount of calories in alcohol is mind-bendingly huge, and damn that shit is expensive. It's funny that I always saw the "If you quit smoking you'll save $82,013 a year!" but I've never seen that for alcohol.

>though i do enjoy energy drinks, does energy drinks (the one with taurine) aid or deduct testosterone?

TBH all I know about taurine is that it's pretty much synthesized by your body naturally, so I suspect that taurine in an energy drink isn't affecting you at all, it's one of those bullshit supplements that's mostly powered by marketing and covered by that blanket statement:

"THESE STATEMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUTED BY THE FDA"

That gives carte blanche to feed people any supplement backed by any bullshit.

I mostly know about taurine by way of veterinary medicine because it's an amino acid that pets on shitty pet-equivalent goyslop diets can be lacking, especially in cats since they get taurine from eating fresh meat.

I'm particular to energy drinks myself, especially the Monster Rehabs. Honestly I wish I could get them without the caffeine.

There are some brands that sell a "less caffinated" version of their drinks

they're hard to find but they exist, there was a phase where i completely went monk-mode from energy drinks/caffiene, then when i drank one can i immediately felt the burst of energy

but now when i'm practically used to it, it doesn't really do much for me...

Meanwhile the amount of alcohol consumption is actually DROPPING among the younger generations in Japan , and instead of seeing this as good news, the retarded Japanese government is actually trying to encourage alcohol consumption "because muh GDP and economy"

Actually it looks like South Korea's per capital consumption has dropped in the last few years too.

I imagine a lot of youth don't like seeing their sloppy parents.

>the retarded Japanese government is actually trying to encourage alcohol consumption "because muh GDP and economy"

Japan's a case study in how simply being jew-aware, removing jews, etc. isn't enough. Japan's got limited overt jew exposure but their entire culture top to bottom has been structured around "wage cage until you die at all costs".

Although, I think that might just be a quirk about their history. Their approach to zaibatsus and employees is very similar to feudal lords and peasants, and Japan was one of the very last feudalistic societies on the planet. Even in the late 1800s they were still operating on culture and governments that was positively ancient by European standards, but Europeans carried that mindset through the Industrial Revolution before "growing out" of it. Japan was pretty much thrown directly into the teeth of (((capitalism))).
