>Its a good thing i rarely drink alcohol
I do have some wine, scotch, and brandy on occasion, but the amount of calories in alcohol is mind-bendingly huge, and damn that shit is expensive. It's funny that I always saw the "If you quit smoking you'll save $82,013 a year!" but I've never seen that for alcohol.
>though i do enjoy energy drinks, does energy drinks (the one with taurine) aid or deduct testosterone?
TBH all I know about taurine is that it's pretty much synthesized by your body naturally, so I suspect that taurine in an energy drink isn't affecting you at all, it's one of those bullshit supplements that's mostly powered by marketing and covered by that blanket statement:
"THESE STATEMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUTED BY THE FDA"
That gives carte blanche to feed people any supplement backed by any bullshit.
I mostly know about taurine by way of veterinary medicine because it's an amino acid that pets on shitty pet-equivalent goyslop diets can be lacking, especially in cats since they get taurine from eating fresh meat.
I'm particular to energy drinks myself, especially the Monster Rehabs. Honestly I wish I could get them without the caffeine.
There are some brands that sell a "less caffinated" version of their drinks
they're hard to find but they exist, there was a phase where i completely went monk-mode from energy drinks/caffiene, then when i drank one can i immediately felt the burst of energy
but now when i'm practically used to it, it doesn't really do much for me...
