Sounds like what communists did in Russia. They had arrest quotas, and when they didn't meet them, they arrested random people. Sometimes they just used the most ridiculous reason to arrest people.

Apparently, the other models out there (midjourney, Dall-E) are the same architecture as Stable Diffusion, and, unlike the free vs closed-source chatbots, the free/open AI image generators are as good, and sometimes better, than the closed source ones.
