Learn to draw cartoons, a la Stonetoss/Foxford. Way easier to learn than drawing anything realistic or otherwise extremely detailed, and as such you can pump out images quick. All ideal traits for being a one man propaganda machine. Figure out a unique style for your art to set yourself apart a bit for the best chances of a following.
