A healthy man is well-rounded and can express himself in whatever medium best suits the situation. It’s noble to take up art, no matter the kind. You don’t need to be able to draw people, or even landscapes. A message can be conveyed through [abstraction](https://i.postimg.cc/pvB7vYd9/Ugly-Truth-Alt.png) (such as typical graphic design), by conveying emotion through a connection to the [proportions](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C-ccycjXoAID8VI.jpg) of the natural world, and [through pure form itself](https://as1.ftcdn.net/v2/jpg/05/00/01/18/1000_F_500011825_ot3tcTlyFh1N1QvVAmCqTcMmNc3rNUYG.jpg).

Learn to draw cartoons, a la Stonetoss/Foxford. Way easier to learn than drawing anything realistic or otherwise extremely detailed, and as such you can pump out images quick. All ideal traits for being a one man propaganda machine. Figure out a unique style for your art to set yourself apart a bit for the best chances of a following.

Drawing can be a skill worth cultivating in and of itself. The ability to create something beautiful with your own hands is uplifting to the soul

Well, there is nothing to lose if you learn a new skill or hobby. You can become good at drawing, and it's a matter of practice. If you want to draw "propaganda", you need to become good at it though. Not just the execution, but also the ideas. It has to appeal to people, by being good, epic, aesthetic, funny, memorable.

But it's a matter of practice ultimately. And talent too.
