honestly i cant see any of the allied countries speaking german even if germany won except poland

We know this for a fact, as France was conquered and the French people didn't have to speak German. In fact, they were left alone in their own country (Vichy France) with Germany occupying only the land that was needed to fight Britain.

There was literally no repercussions for France surrendering to the Germans.
