I'm used to seeing better takes on conpro. A lot of kids age out of their allergies, and they're caused by jewish chemicals most of the time anyways. I was highly allergic to peanuts, now I'm not, and I probably mog the fuck out of you

i have been wondering if that's the case with the peanut allergy, because peanut oil is ridiculessly cheap and prior to the (((soy oil))) plague, they used to fill products with peanut oil (that or RAPEseed oil) its likely that some kids develop allergy because of that

No kidding, my mother was a office "careerist" and i was pretty much raised on goyslop (those frozen meals that are literally 56% meat and the rest is goyslop oil) as a result i was overweight when i was young

thankfully when i was 17? 18? i decided to turn my life around and learn to cook everything by myself, i lost the weight and gained all the skills necessary to make a fine meal that even rivals those of resturants

all this knowledge and experience came from a lack, and i'm thankful for that because if all i ate was homecooking i'd never learn to cook and be as autistic about ingredients as i'm today

esp considering how much (((vegetable oil))) they put in produce

like bread? soy oil, gum? soy leichtin, chocolate? soy flour and leichtin

Salami and cold cuts? soy isolate protein

they even put that shit in ''Euro'' condensed milk masked as (((vegetable fat))) its one of the reasons i look into the ingredients of ANYTHING i buy
because these kikes are poisoning us

i'm suprised i haven't developed a soy allergy from all the soy i've been consuming all over the years without even knowing, but these days? i unironically larp as if i have "soy allergy" because it FORCES businesses to reveal the cheapness of their products to the customer

(recently refunded a big order of protein bars because those sly niggers put 10% soy protein on an otherwise entirely dairy protein bar product, i used soy allergy as an excuse for a refund and it **worked**)

speaking of which, did you know you can mix Greek Yogurt with Whey protein? and its incredibly filling, you can easily get 40G of protein on one meal and only consume 200-250 calories

either buy a local brand or any brand made in the EU (Belgium makes good milk products) the key things you want to read are the ingredients--check to see if there is no soy and **check to see the sweetners**

if it has like aspertame or Acesulfame-K you avoid this shit like the plague

the really good brands use Stevia as a natural sweetner, also avoid brands that use "low lactose" on their product, that shit is probably gonna taste like ass

and the most important thing is AVOID BUYING PROTEIN POWDER AT PHARMACIES

you go to a pharmacy and i gurnatee you that 90% of the time you're gonna find jugs of whey mixed in with soy (they're cheaper for a reason)

a good 2 Kilo jug is gonna cost you approx 45-60 euros on average, if not more, though personally i stick with small jugs (1 kilo or 750Gram) because i hate consuming the same flavor over and over again
